Return Policy
Custom cut products are not returnable. If you receive a part by
error, simply contact us at support@wholesaleclosetsllc.com, we
will pay for the return shipping and ship the correct part as
quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that your order incurs
damage during shipping, report the damaged items within 24 hours
of receipt of your shipment. We will replace any damaged items
immediately.
The Limitations of Our Guarantee:
All of our products are guaranteed assuming the product has been
properly installed according to our installation instructions.
Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents (or other "acts of God")
or improper installation will void this guarantee. Please see
our installation instructions for more information.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT
PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
BUYER'S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED
OR DEFECTIVE PARTS.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
